This course helps you to form a strategic plan to acquire new customers by defining the target market, identifying personas, and aligning them to most efficient acquisition channels. It builds up the Activation and Retention strategy to the optimal level for engaging the customers and for customers retention for a long period of time. It analyzes the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn. The course prepares the students of how o make the products profitable by selecting the key markets and outreach channels. It helps to make the Monetization strategy more effective.
