The course is aimed at graduated professionals who work or wish to work in teaching and production of teaching material from its conception, planning, choice of methodological references, elaboration of activities and learning objects, use of instructional design resources, indicating media and tools for the content to be didactic and effective in its purpose.

General objectives

Develop skills related to the entire process of developing distance learning courses, from planning, design to management.

Specific objectives

  • Understand the importance and attributions of the Instructional Designer professional.
  • Know the different pedagogical theories, with an emphasis on active teaching-learning methodologies and their applicability in the design of a course.
  • Know the history of Distance Education and its importance in today’s society, its potential.
  • Know the resources of Instructional Design and its applicability in enhancing learning.
